Se7en (Social Sins)

"Seven social sins: politics without principles, wealth without work, pleasure without conscience, knowledge without character, commerce without morality, science without humanity, and worship without sacrifice." -Ghandi

These all make sense to me... except the last one, the implications of which elude me. I feel "worship without sacrifice" could be more clearly stated and yet I haven't figured out how. Mostly because I'm not sure what Ghandi meant.

Also, are the pitfalls of group think/"sheeople"/blind followers covered here? Or is that an idea that is missing?
